This game is based on the wonderful anime series, Crest Of The Stars, which is based on the novels by Hiroyuki Morioka. It's set in space, and concerns the Humankind Empire Abh and their struggles. My character is Tarynn, yet again. This is MY MOO, actually, and is still under construction.
The Abh are a space-faring race of conquerors, who basically take over a planet and then leave it with the local governments still intact. The Abh typically rule a planet in name only. The reason they do this is so that they are more free to travel in space, as they live their whole lives on their spaceships.
The Abh are human, to a point. They're genetically enhanced far beyond human. They have pointed ears and blue hair, and very pale skin, and once mature look eternally young for the rest of their lives. They live a long time, about 200 years, and also have extremely keen senses, with an acute sense of the space around them and what's happening. They can also physically hook up to the spaceship they're on, and with their heightened senses they can fly a spaceship as easily as they can walk. Because of this, they pity humans for their lack of such senses, and regard them as lower than the Abh as a general rule, though all Abh's treat humans as politely as the humans treat them.
The Abh are one of four empires in the universe. The other three empires are made up entirely of humans, who mostly don't like the Abh attitude regarding humans or the Abh culture. They have a united organization and military, and are known to the Abh as The United Humankind. As an organization they are feared by the Abh, and peace is very fragile, with The United Humankind almost looking for any excuse for war because they believe the Abh to be an evil race.
