This is probably one of the most lastingly interesting games I've been on, based on the Star Trek world, something always interesting is happening. I really like it on this game, and I've got quite a few friends there. I think, so far, this game has my favorite incarnation of Tarynn, who is, naturally, my character there.

There are lots of opportunities on the game as well for new players. They can join Starfleet and fight, or they can live planet side or on some of the space stations, doing various work. There are also trading and merchant vessels that need workers and can be joined as well, with just about any job available. A new player will usually have to work his way up from the bottom, though, so don't expect to be captain of a vessel right off. That takes time, as it does in real life.
Tarynn usually wears a lovely, long sleeved, blouse made of soft flowing fabric of a light cream color. A bright red skirt flows from her waist down to her ankles and soft red cloth shoes are on her feet. Her hair is pulled back and into a nice, thick braid, her red stripe neatly threaded through it and easy to be seen.
Tarynn has 7 other siblings, including her younger twin brother, Terry, and is the third born of her family. Her aunts and uncles also trade, and so she has a wide circle of family in the trading business.
Tarynn not only learned the basics of trading under her parents, but also learned ship mechanics and learned to pilot the family freighter as well.
They had very few problems trading, and Tarynn's life was fairly unremarkable until she was 13. The ship was attacked by space pirates for the dilithium they had on board. The family was forced to abandon ship, but somehow her twin either didn't make it to the escape pods or his pod was lost, because he never made it to the rendezvous point, and was never seen again. The family was distraught, but managed to get enough money to get another freighter and start over.
When Tarynn reached her majority, she was already restless and wanting to be out on her own. At 21 she finally picked up her bags and left, feeling the family didn't need her anymore. She wandered around doing odd jobs on stations and freighters until she was 23, when she met Morric, captain of the freighter Tsornin, and a trader. When she found he needed a maintenance person and pilot, she was more than glad to take a permanent job.
Tarynn also found another unexpected surprise when after three years of working on the ship she found love in the arms of her captain, Morric. Whether they'll get married or not is now a matter of time, and as Morric's trading group has expanded, she pilots the Tsornin and sometimes the Redwind freighter as well.
